Unable to access the Storelocator.html in the author page

After accessing the author URL through domain name author:4502/project.html. I am unable to access few components in list (ex: Store, Products) getting an error of site can't be reached.

Basically while accessing through IP 172.XXX.XX.XX:4502/project.html. I am able to access the products and all the other pages are opening fine.

I would like to know why there is an issue while accessing through domain name ?

Not quite sure what is your concern? Check the log and check the component which is being used in storelocator.html page. it seems Server is throwing 500 error .

Make sure you are logging in with same user.

Also check if there is some error coming up in "author:4502/project.html"
