Timeout and advance workflow for steps with Task/Role Based Task.

Hi,

Is it possible that if a task is left unattended, and due date is over then workflow will proceed to next step or Task will be completed with default option or sometime like that. I need a timeout like feature for Workflow generated Tasks.

Have you checked Timeout settings and Timeout Handler in Process step available in a Process step?

Open any workflow say DAN Asset Update workflow and check how its implemented. You could provide your custom definition on the action to be performed.
