strange issue with AEM instances

Hi All,

We have observed an issue that our author instance throws "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error"  suddenly and after sometime it's restarted automatically.

Is there any background process which does this??

Hi Kishore,

You need to supply more information:

1. What version of AEM is this, any FP or hot fixes installed
2. What is the OS
3. How is AEM started and stopped during normal operation
4. Are you sure your server is not rebooting
5. What exceptions occur during start up or before you get the 500 error

We are using

        AEM 6.0 SP3 

        No hot fix is deployed

        First time identified this behaviour

        without any issue start and stop AEM instance
