Sidekick not visible

We recently upgraded from 6.1 to 6.2.The sidekick wont load up  on 6.2 author instance.

I followed the link https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/kb/SidekickDoesNotShowUp.html  with no luck.

Its working fine on our 6.1 servers with the same codebase.Please help.

Add '/cf#' before /content/... in your URL. If no result, check console for js errors, check error.log.
