Send an custom email notification to user when we delegate workflow

Hi All,

We have a requirement to trigger a custom email notification to user(publisher) when a publisher delegates a workflow. Can anyone help if you have already worked on it?

Our requirement is more specific on sending an custom email during Delegation. When a publisher delegates to other publisher and clicks on Ok, the custom email has to be triggered at this point. Would it be possible to share any other reference that will be more specific. Thanks in advance.
