Scene 7 video not playing in Windows 10 IE11

I have a video playing in the Scene 7 video viewer that does not work in IE11 on windows 10 or in Edge on windows 10. There is a networkState = 2, an error code = 3 (MEDIA_ERR_DECODE) and a network response = 206. No console log errors. This is the url where the bug can be found:

Hover over the slider navigation and from the dropdown click "Videos". Try and play the video in the slide. Does not play.

Hello, I just wanted to follow up on this? Has your team had any insight into why these videos are not playing in IE11?

Another question, I would like to add type="video/mp4" to the <source> tag on the video, but I can't find any documentation about that. Can you direct me as to how to add that tag?

As another point of reference, we have this page where there is a single video (not in a slider) that also doesn't work. I imagine this might be less frustrating to test/debug!
