RTE "Souceedit" feature of MISCTOOL is disappearing in Fullscreen TOUCH UI Dialog in AEM 6.4

Hi

I have installed -aem-service-pkg-6.4.3.zip in my localhost environment (aem 6.4)

and the souceedit feature disappears in RTE when i open the Touch UI Dialog in Fullscreen mode

Also the image aren't Drag-Droppable into the RTE.

Without aem-service-pkg-6.4.3.zip it is working fine and appearing as expected

Please suggest!
