Step by step creation of newsletter in AEM 6.0

Hi,

    Please explain in detail to create a newsletter and send it to exact target group in AEM 6.0 without using geometrix template.

I am not aware of any community article that is in step by step format that shows this use case. Its an interesting use case- we will look at adding this use case to the community article list.
