Customizing AEM console

Hi,
Please help me knowing whether I can make that tools options(hammer shape icon on AEM 6.5 console) hidden for a particular group of users. If yes, then how ?

Deny the permission for this path for a user/group. 

/libs/granite/ui/content/shell/start/content/cq/items/tabs/items/tools
