CQ5.5 rte table plugin issue

In CQ 5.5 I added the table plugin in the Rich Text Editor on a Component Dialog.

Unfortunately using Chrome (36.0.1985.125) the plugin is unusable because the right click on the inserted table is not working. The contestual menu just flashes out and suddendly disappears.

Did anyone have the same issue and solved ?

We also have this issue.  And yes, it works in IE 8/9 and Firefox.  Luckily we've restricted our authors to using IE and Firefox.
