Radio Button Issue

Radio button value persists but not retrieved in touch UI dialog

I am facing  the exact same issue .

Is there any way not to show radio button that is set is true(default checked radio button) , when we re open the dialog  which is authored with  other than default radio button selected.
please let me know if there is any workaround or hotfix ?

yeah I have tried this and it worked if I use checkbox, but with radio buttons its not working.
