Publish Instance has many Warnings in Log about Emulator

Our production and staging publish error.logs indicate problems with com.day.cq.wcm.mobile.api.device.DeviceGroup getEmulator

In over a few hours there were 148k+ messages seemingly for every request. This is happening on prod publishers and our staging environment. I do not see any such messages for the author instances

We are not trying to do anything at all with emulators on either author or publish

We are also facing the same issue in our publish environment? Anyone has got any clue on this?

I think this is known bug with Adobe, and the current workaround is to add a useradmin rule on the publish instances to allow the user group 'everyone' to read /lib/wcm/mobile/components/emulators/ using the /useradmin console.
