Project bundle remains in installed state

Hi team,

We are facing following issues in AEM 6.1 Project:-

Scenario1:-

We are installing a project package in AEM 6.1, the package installs via crxde without any errors. The bundle remains in the Felix web console in 'INSTALLED' state. The package does not show any dependency issue. After AEM restart the bundle remains in 'INSTALLED' state.

Scenario2:-

After uninstalling the project package from AEM 6.1, the package gets uninstalled from the crxde but the bundle still remains in 'INSTALLED' state in Felix web console.

Please let me know any resolution on the same

Look for a bundle with this name "Region Digraph(org.eclipse.equinox.region)".

Stop this and restart the instance + clear the compiled classes using http://<host>:<port>/system/console/slingjsp
