Hello All ,

Every time i do a package installation in my AEM instance the pages go blank including the we retail sites. But when i restart the instance the pages come up fine. Below is the error we are getting on package installation. We are using AEM 6.5 version. Kindly let me know what could be the issue.

Marc is right, that is a known issue and you can follow the steps below to resolve it:

  • Open the sling.properties file under "crx-quickstart/conf/" directory
  • Locate the following line:
    org.osgi.framework.bootdelegation=sun.*,com.sun.*
  • Replace it with the following:
    org.osgi.framework.bootdelegation=sun.*,com.sun.*,jdk.internal.reflect,jdk.internal.reflect.*
