Hi,

I came across the following requirement from my client:

"Omni-Channel - ability for the Customer’s Customers to start a transaction in one channel, pause and then pick up seamlessly in another."

For example, I have moved two items to shopping cart using desktop.

For some reason, I log out of desktop, login using the mobile. I should be able to see those two items in the shopping cart and continue from there.

Kindly suggest how this functionality could be achieved.

Thanks,

Rama.

Obviously, I am looking for an Adobe marketing Cloud based solution.

Free to use all/any of its products.

Appreciate your responses.

Thanks,

Rama.

Let us consider both cases: Logged in and Anonymous.

Even if we say this functionality could not be achieved with Anonymous, it is fine.

Thanks,

Rama.

Hi,

I have not tested out this, but i am sure, if user has added things in cart from device 1 and then logged out and later login with device 2, they product must be there in cart.

What is the current behavior in AEM (specify your version)?
