We have a node launcher that listens to user group modification and activates the group when a new user is added to the group. The participant step for the launcher uses "Activate Content" model to activate the group node. But it looks like the node does not get activated and when the logs were analyzed it seems to show this message:

Any help to debug this issue would be greatly appreciated.
