No scroll bars on content fragment metadata screens

I've created a custom metedata schema for my content fragment in AEM. However there are no scroll bars so on tabs where there can be a lot of fields eg a tab with multifield on it which end up off the bottom of the screen and require you to tab to them. How can i add scroll bars to the screen?

I have checked this and i can reproduce this in AEM 6.2.
