Need help installing Dispatcher

Hi, we need help setting up the Dispatcher for AEM. I've successfully installed AEM instances, but installing the dispatcher seems way out of my league. I'm sorely missing the prerequisites for administering and maintaining AEM (meaning I don't know much about Java, networking, server software, etc.)

I've read the documentation on Adobe regarding the Dispatcher, but I barely understand it:

Do you have any recommendations on where I could start for information? AEM Dispatcher for Dummies?

Are u trying to install the dispatcher in windows or in Linux. 

If the Linux we need to install the Apache first.
