Missing Dynamic and smart crop renditions

Hi, I am trying to test in AEM 6.4  running java -Xms4096m -Xmx4096m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m -jar cq-quickstart-6.4.0.jar -gui -r author,dynamicmedia_scene7,  however, I am not able to use either Dynamic or smartcrop features,  any advice, what would be the issue?

The steps I followed

1. I installed AEM 6.4 with MD runmode,

2. I created a smartcrop profile

3. apply  on a folder

4. select an image

5. select smart crop

6. no items displayed in smartcrop page.
