Hello, I'm using Firefox 64.0, and since getting my computer back from the shop, I'm unable to access the comment sections of a website that uses Livefyre, either to read or post. (They don't show up in IE either.) The comments worked fine before, and the tech had no luck restoring them. Any ideas where the problem might be, or if this is the wrong forum for this question, where should I be? Thanks.
