Can I ask a question ?

In the old days, I was using AEM 6.3.3.0.

I used to click [add field] button to add Days using Menu Component like the below picture.

but now I am using AEM 6.4.0.

Also I use Menu content fragment instead of Menu Component

But I could not find in Content Fragment on AEM 6.4.0 the same function as I used to click [add field] button to add Days using Menu Component on AEM 6.3.3.0.

How can I find it in Content Fragment on AEM 6.4.0?

I am not sure what you mean by a Menu Content Fragment. Can you please reference any online documentation you are following to perform this use case.

Menu Content Fragment means content fragment for menu.

I  have already read this url.
