You can build your AEM mobile app the same way as a normal AEM app. Content is managed in AEM.

That is, drag and drop an AEM mobile component onto a page -- as shown here.

but we are not building mobile app in AEM.

content updates will be done in AEM and shared with mobile app via content sync

just i want to check if there are any options to share JSON feed ( content>read JCR > convert into JSON)

THat doc topic is the best place to learn about that feature - however if you want  AEM content on devices  - using AEM Apps is the better way to go.
