How to run a workflow directly?

There is a wizard helping us to select one workflow and run it from project page ,clicking a 'start a workflow' link.

Is there a way to run a workflow directly ?

I mean just go to the second step of the wizard , I want to skip the select page of the wizard.

In AEM workflows require a payload, which is normally a page inside the repository.

There is no documentation about that, because when you start the workflow on a page, this association is made automatically.
