How to enable Assets tool viewer presets configuration in AEM 6.3

Hello All,

             I want to create my new asset view preset to views my folder files such as archive,folders and image files having same thumbnail size views.For

I have found the "Managing Image Presets"  under dynamic media user guide as

But in my aem i unable to see these setting. I can brows only

Can anybody help me out how to enable these setting first? Second is it correct way to manage my folder assets thumbnail view with same size?
