How to control the alphabetical order behavior of tags created using Tag Manager?

Hi All,

By default tags created using Tag Manager are stored in alphabetical order but we don't want this behavior .Now we want these tags to be stored in what ever order they are created,

We verified that folder created in DAM/SiteAdmin are behaving exactly opposite to tags behavior.

Can some one help me how to achieve this.
