How to configure replication agent for target in aem 6.1?

I had done following things:

• Gone through https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/administer/integration/marketing-cloud/target.html and it's sub links
• Able to connect to Adobe Target via the cloud services configuration.
• Have admin(approver) rights in my Target account.
• Went through everything mentioned in  http://helpx.adobe.com/marketing-cloud/experience-manager/faq_aem.html.

any help how to configure i.e. steps to configure this replication agent

Hi 

AFAIK replication is the process of publishing from author to publish or publish to author, dispatcher cache flushing etc. We can can not copy jcr values from author to cloud/ Data Store or any DMA tools.

If you want to communicate between AEM and Target (transfer data among each other), then you need to write a custom sling service, which can call Target API to fetch or feed data: https://marketing.adobe.com/developer/documentation/test-target/c-testandtarget-api (Target API), https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/using/restful-services.html (AEM Restful service).

Go to the "Enabling the Target Replication Agent" and I am sure you will be able to understand what i am talking about.

this agent is responsible for publishing the target campaign and segment from AEM to Target.

Thank you so much. It is good add to my knowledge. I was in a perception that replication is how you move that content across servers. We would be most using at least two of the out-of-the-box replication agents provided by Adobe: your default agent activates content from author to publish and your dispatcher flush agent clears your Dispatcher cache.

But 

AEM provides several other replication agents for tasks such as replicating in reverse (publish to author), moving content within the Adobe Marketing Cloud products such as Scene 7 and Test and Target, and static agents for replicating to the file system.
