Getting Started with the AEM SPA Editor - Chapter 1

Hi,

I follow the tutorial until  step 9: Navigate to http://localhost:4502/content/wknd-events/react/home.html. You should see the <h1> Welcome to AEM + React </h1>.  But I don't see the text Welcome to AEM.  The browser is blank with error in browser console "SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data[Learn More]"

I have AEM 6.4 with service pack 2.  All the environment prerequisites are in correct version.
