Frustrating lack of response.

I've used the available web forms to contact Adobe sales to get a demo and costs of AEM for weeks, with no response.

I expect a more professional level of customer service from Adobe, notwithstanding the number of Creative Cloud subscriptions we have. In the meantime, both Widen and Canto have had meetings with me, offered demos and provided proposals.

I really need a cloud-based digital asset management system. 

Is AEM a viable product?
