I have edited the allowed templates and cleared the values inside it, so I am unable to access the default experience fragments in that page to edit or recreate them. Please Help.

Issue is not clear here, could you please explain with examples. What did you do.It will help to reproduce issue.

I agree with Arun - your issue is not clear. Are you using Editable Templates or Static templates?
