I'm trying to install and configure the S3 connector for the AEM datastore using the directions provided in the Adobe documentation on this page: https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/deploy/platform/data-store-config.html
However, I'm having no luck getting it to work. I am using a bare AEM 6.1 installation.
The steps that are described don't seem to be fully accurate. For instance the layout of the package quite odd and files need to be copied in a very specific way (which is not 100% described). Also I've found that at least one additional restarts is needed before the S3 connector kicks in.
Also; using SP1 on AEM61 I didn't succeed in making this integration work.
Might it be possible for Adobe to double-check the installation process steps for datastorage with S3 and elaborate on the installation procedure a bit more?
