Display Character count while writing text in RTE Touch UI

Hi,

Is it possible to display Character count for Rte when we add characters in rte text box?

It should be same as we write

onkeyup

event to display character count during text writing.

I'm working on something similar (but for Classic UI) for one of our CTA components.

I think that it would be a nice feature to have for current and future Authors.
