Custom publishing workflow

Hi all,

Different stakeholders have to sign off pages before they are published. Currently screen shots of each page are taken and pasted together and emailed to stakeholder. Not all stakeholders have access to AEM Author mode and do not know how to navigate the system.

What is the possible way to automate this process?

If they do not know how to navigate AEM system, send a page path with email, that might help.

If they do not have the access to the author, how they would be approving the workflows?
