Custom Components JS is not working in Experience Fragments

On Site page, Custom components are working fine and it is able to load components.js.

But on Experience Fragment, it is not loading/including Components.js and Custom Components JS is not working.

The Same component is working fine on site page but not in experience fragment. We Dont want to customize Experience Fragment.

Has someone found the same issue? I am using AEM6.4.3.

What do you mean by component JS?you meant dialog js?

No. The clientlib js of the component. Dialog js is working fine.
