CTA links disappear when editing homepage.

As the title suggests I am having an issue where upon editing anything on the homepage of my site such as text or replacing images in components all CTA links disappear and have to be manually replaced.

What could be causing this issue or is it a known bug?

Hi,

It could be related to the Link Checker Service.
Are you using external or internal URL into you CTA components?

Just to clarify:

1. External: http://www.google.com
2. Internal: /content/mysite/mypage.html

Hi Aaron,

could you try to disable the Link checker service and test it again?

In order to disable it you need to:

1. Navigate to localhost:4502/system/console/configMgr

2. Search for "DAY CQ Link Checker Trasformer"

3. Flag "Disable Rewriting" and "Disable Checking"

4. Save the configuration

5. Test it again

And now the issue can not be replicated, it happens randomly and is hard to reproduce. Are there any plugins that could be affecting this?
