Hi

Please do quick check (may it help you):-

1. Usually you get that error when there is some exception in login process. Can you check your error log and make sure that nothing is wrong ?

2. Check user privileges. Link:- https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1255623

3. Check this forum post :- http://help-forums.adobe.com/content/adobeforums/en/experience-manager-forum/adobe-experience-manage...

Please share what is HTTP response is (401 or 403 or any other).

Thanks and Regards

Is that the only page in AEM where you get that error, or do you get that in all pages?
