Configure dispatch with Apache on Ubuntu

I followed this particular blog, URL give below

Now, after doing all the mentioned in this stuff, when I tried restarted apache2 on my Ubuntu, I got the error,

Service not able to restart. There's a syntax error with this line which I've added in apache2.conf

LoadModule dispatcher_module /usr/lib/apache2/modules/dispatcher-apache2.2-4.1.5.so

Help me with it.
