After selecting project location and archetype, Configure Archetype Properties window is not coming it is directly showing the select or create server window and I am unable to create server there.

Its nothing yo do with eclipse.

Try following steps-

1.delete m2 repo.

2.update settings.xml file to use adobe repo.

3.execute archtype through command prompt.

4.then try through eclipse.

It should work
