Components are not visible on Dispatcher author page

Components are not visible on Dispatcher author page, but if I view as published the same page all the components are visible.

Do you a bit more description here?

Also do you see rejections in the dispatcher.log?

So you are saying that pages that are cached via Dispatcher are rendering without components?  As  Feike suggests - post the log file.
