Component showing unstaisfied when the dependent service show satisfied status?

I've tried to restart both the components to no avail. See attached screenshot. Any pointers?

Is the 'Activation' is delayed for the dependent service ??

How do we know if it's delayed? there were no annotations of such sort on the dependent service. We restarted AEM and it worked. But still not able to understand what could've been the reason.

Sometimes restarting AEM is required to place OSGI bundles into active states. I have seen this before.

use 

@Component (immediate=true) for your component which activates as soon as it deploys. This might solve your problem
