There are few custom servlets and services are displaying in satisfied state in production author instance (system/console/components). The same package installed in production publish instances works fine. This is impacting on the functionality of the component in author instance. Deployed the same code in stage environment and it works fine there.Please let me know what changes are required to make these component as active.
