Cloud services are not loading

Hi All,

We are using AEM with 6.2 SP1-CFP1 feature package.And we are experiencing a strange issue that cloud service configurations are not showed up in Cloud Service tab in properties tab and empty list is getting rendered.

i have observed that responsible service is not calling properly and hence final json is empty.Is anyone has any idea ,what would be the issue?

Can you share the error.log and browser errors?

Can you check this on the fresh instance as well?
