Classic ui dialogs are not rendering properly in AEM 6.4 which used to work when accessed via editor.html in 6.1

Hi All,

In our project, Classic UI dialogs are not rendering properly in AEM 6.4 which used to work when accessed via editor.html in 6.1.

Issues are like, all tabs are coming in 1 instead of separate tabs. Multifield is distorted with no icons coming and all, Richtext editor buttons not showing up.

I know support is limited with 6.4 for classic UI, but still should be working as per docs.

Can anyone suggest to fix if saw the similar issue?

Editor.html enforces Touch-UI framework are built on Coral libraries while Classic UI is built on ExtJS libraries. Per docs, Classic UI is deprecated in 6.4 but still supported via /cf# and not via /editor.html

When authoring pages:

• Use of the classic editor is forced when accessing the page using cf# in the URL. For example:
  http://localhost:4502/cf#/content/geometrixx/en/products/triangle.html
• Use of the touch-enabled editor is forced when using /editor.html in the URL or when using a touch device. For example:
  http://localhost:4502/editor.html/content/geometrixx/en/products/triangle.html
