Changing the display icon

Is there a way to change the display icon that you click on to open the app, without having to resign the app and republish it?

The app that I am working on is solely on iPads.

Hi Jonathon,

The App icon that appears on the device screen once installed require republishing in order to change because it is part of the app file and can't be altered without building and uploading an new version.
