Can we use LetterInstanceService to fetch Interactive Communication instances

Hello,

I tried fetching Interactive Communication using LetterInstanceService but getting IndexOutOfBound Exception. Is there any other service to be used to fetch Interactive Communication ? 

Please Suggest.
