Can't not include subpages from launches

We are on 6.2 SP-1 and when I create a new launch the blue toggle button to disable including sub-pages can't be clicked, it just stays on so we always have to include sub-pages. Is this a bug or can you not always disable including subpages?

We had the same issue too. But we realize that it's only a UI issue. If you click on the button to "Include Subpages", the button state does not change, but when the launch is created, you realize that AEM did not include the subpages for this launch.
