ATOM Feed working on author not on publish

I am facing one weired issue my feeds are working fine in author environment. But when i pushed the code to publish i am getting error "Cannot have a DOCTYPE declaration outside of prolog" Can someone please help me.

I find it strange it works on Author and not publish - this normally indicates that there is code on author not deployed to publish. If all dependencies are deployed - it should behave the same.

Sounds issue at blog feed response. Can you attach the generated xml response?
