AEM zip file error

when i open my project in AEM and after clearing and updating chache.There is a problem in downloaded zip file.The zip file did'nt contain etc folder.PLease help me in this

Please explain exactly which cache did you clear for which project and what download did you initate and from where?

Please specify the steps you did so the community can try and reproduce. I am not sure what ZIP you are referring to.
