AEM license + Oracle Java LTS cost license

Hi community,

I'd like to install AEM 6.4 for a client.

Adobe only supports Oracle Java LTS. This version has license costs.

First Java LTS will be Java 11.

My question is : does Adobe License cost includes Java license cost ?

Another question : our client uses AEM 6.1. We want to install AEM 6.4. The client is the owner of the license. Does the license to be renewed or is it transparent ? Is the license compatible ?

YOu need to discuss these questions with Adobe Sales.

by which channel can I contact them ? Our client is the owner of the license. I don't have any contact with Adobe Sales department and I would like not to disturb my client with this kind of stuff before being sure that it will have or not an impact for the client..

If you are working with an Adobe customer which is already using AEM, I would recommend to use the already existing support channel via AEM support ("Daycare").
