Azure embedded documentation states that :

To configure single sign-on on Adobe Experience Manager side, you need to send the Azure AD Signing Certifcate (Base64 encoded)  and SAML Entity ID to Adobe Experience Manager support team. They set this setting to have the SAML SSO connection set properly on both sides.
