I've been running persistently into a certain AEM error.
We use aemsync (https://github.com/gavoja/aemsync) via gulp (https://github.com/oliwerin/gulp-aemsync) to watch for saved changes to CSS/JS and then automatically push those changes to our local server.
We’re finding that as soon as we save a change once or twice, all of the pages on the site go blank and show the error below. Restarting the instance fixes the issue; restarting gulp doesn’t.

The reason is as soon as you save frequently, in backend it creates a package and deploy changes to AEM. Which might restart the services
Just specify only CSS/JS(clientlibs) path using -p
-p <path_to_push> Push specific file or folder.
